STEM Racing Team Sponsorships

Race2Learn is excited to announce its new sponsorship initiative! We are looking for STEM Racing teams to sponsor for the 2025-26 school year with discounted consumables and bearings to help you speed into top placement at your competitions.

Applications are open August 1 - August 31. Teams will be selec ted and notified by September 5th.

Applicant/Sponsorship requirements-

  • Teams must be competing in the 2025-26 STEM Racing USA Competition(s).
  • Teams must complete and submit the 2025-26 application for sponsorship with all information.
  • Teams must clearly display the Race2Learn logo on their competition car and Pit Display.
  • Within two weeks of competition close, teams must submit photos of their car with the R2L decal, along with testimonials about the R2L sponsorship and their experience (ex. noteworthy race results, feedback on product experiences, etc). Photos/testimonials may be used for promotion (including on printed R2L materials, social media, and website).
  • Teams/Schools that are selected for sponsorship who fail to send the post-competition material request for photos and testimonials will be automatically disqualified from future R2L sponsorship for five years.
  • Team must keep terms and details of sponsorship strictly confidential
  • Teams may not accept conflicting sponsorship agreements during the agreement period (Sept-April 2025). If there is a question regarding conflict Sponsor has final say.
  • Teams must conduct themselves with class and behavior befitting your position as a member representing the Sponsor. Any behavior that the Sponsor deems inappropriate will result in immediate termination of this agreement.

Sponsorship Includes:

  • 25% Discount on all bearings 
  • 10% discount on all other Race2Learn Consumable Products (https://race2learn.net/collections/race2learn-consumables)
  • Sponsorship does not include any discounts on equipment, services, or DENFORD product.

STEM Racing USA

STEM Racing (Formerly F1 in Schools) is a multi-disciplinary challenge in which teams of students aged 9-19 deploy CAD/CAM software to collaborate, design, analyze, manufacture, test, and then race miniature CO2 powered F1 model block cars.

STEM Racing is the world’s most exciting STEM-based (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) educational project. Students taking part in the challenge are inspired to learn about physics, aerodynamics, design, manufacture, branding, graphics, sponsorship, marketing, leadership/teamwork, media skills and financial strategy, and apply them in a practical, imaginative, competitive and exciting way.
