For consumables, orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days in the consumables you are ordering are in stock. You can track your order by logging into your customer account.

We are proud to offer FREE ground shipping in the US on all consumable orders. Ground shipping via USPS typically takes 2-5 days, after they receive the package from our store. You can track your order by logging into your customer account.

For orders going to Canada, please allow an extra 2-3 weeks for your package to arrive. Packages are sent out of the US, and once they reach Canada are handed to Canada Post. Your package's tracking information will update once it clears Canadian customs.

We periodically restock consumable items in our shop, so check back often. You also can place an order for out-of-stock items! We typically have a three-week lead time with our supplier, so expect extra time for it to be fulfilled.

Equipment is ordered on a per-order basis and ships directly from our supplier in the UK. Please request a quote if you’d like to purchase equipment.

For Orders in the US: We offer free shipping on all consumable orders in the US. Equipment orders include shipping rates directly to your school or business on the provided quote and varies per order.

For Orders in Canada: We offer custom shipping prices via DHL or USPS on all consumable orders in the Canda. To view prices, add your items to your cart and use the shipping estimator tool. You have 7 days from the day following delivery of the goods to return unwanted or incorrectly ordered items. We will either exchange or refund (within 30 days), provided that all the goods are returned in a perfect, unused, unopened, saleable condition, in their original packaging & that you follow our Returns Procedure below.  All postage costs relating to the returning of goods will be the responsibility of the buyer.

 

If any parts are faulty, or develop a fault during the 12 month guarantee period, we will send out replacements free of charge, so long as they are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Any labour/fitting charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 

We accept no responsibility for loss of or damage to a customer’s package, until it has been safely received at our premises, please see Returns Procedure below.

Please do not return any item without first contacting us. In the unlikely event that you need to return anything to us, please contact race2learnstore@gmail.com for more information about the returns process. Please include -

• A copy of your Purchase Receipt.
• Your Name & Address.
• A daytime telephone number
• A picture of your product and shipping receipt  

We advise you:-

• To check that the goods are covered by the appropriate insurance.
• To wrap the product carefully to avoid damage.
• To return the goods by recorded delivery, registered post or by courier.
• Proof of postage will not be accepted as proof of delivery.

All postage costs relating to the returning of goods will be the responsibility of the buyer.  If any goods are returned due to an error on our part, we will gladly refund your postage charge to the value that it would cost us to send the package to you.  If any goods are returned & deemed to be faulty, within the guarantee period, we will refund the postage charge to the value that it would cost us to send the package to you.
